**About the Role**:
Are you an experienced Senior Accountant with a passion for delivering top-tier client services? You will be overseeing a portfolio of clients and serving as the primary link between the CEO and the delivery department. Our mission is to deliver accounting and tax services efficiently, profitably, and in line with our esteemed Client Service Standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute tax and accounting plans, pinpointing key risks and ensuring work efficiency.
- Inspire a lead a team of accountants to deliver and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, cultivating strong relationships and comprehending their individual needs.
- Handle accounting and tax assignments, from planning to billing.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, attending to any ad hoc queries.
- Recognise and advise clients on tax planning opportunities.
- Expertise in Xero and Iris.
- Engage in networking activities and act as an ambassador for our client.

**Who You Are**:

- ACCA qualified with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficient in UK GAAP /FRS 102 reporting.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven management, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Technologically savvy with a focus on IT tools relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional time-management and prioritisation skills.
- Committed to business development and networking.
- Flexible, proactive, and driven by excellence.
