**About The Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Attend careers fairs at Schools, Colleges and Universities
- Plan and implement early career development activities
- Build relationships with local school career leads, universities and colleges
- Support the Recruitment team with sharing vacancies with local schools and colleges
- Assist with the creation of early careers iniatives such as work experience and take lead on these initiatives
- Educate Managers on their responsibilities during work experience initiatives
- Arrange internal events for schools, colleges and universitites
- Create and manage early careers reports
- Work with the recruitment team and the Apprenticeship Coordinator to create strategies to introduce new apprenticeships and work experience opportunities into business areas which don’t currently utilise these
- Support the Apprenticeship Coordinator to organise the recruitment and onboarding of new Apprentices into the business
- Arrange and support with monthly apprenticeship training provider meetings

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

- Passionate about Early Careers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fully IT literate in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of work.
- It would be beneficial if you have previous experience of early careers
