**About the Job**

We are seeking to appoint an Interim Property Surveyor to join our Asset Management Team on a three month contract with a potential extension of a further three months. Reporting into our Asset Manager your role will be to carry out surveys, produce schedules of work, seek competitive quotes from approved contractors and carry out post inspections of completed work. You will assist in the mobilisation of new projects by completing condition surveys of properties to be leased from landlords, assessing their suitability and identify any remedial repairs to be completed by the landlord. You will also assist with any project demobilisations and carry out dilapidation surveys as directed by the Asset Manager. You will be based in our Central Office in Team Valley Gateshead, but there is scope to work from home. There may be occasions where you will be expected to travel outside of the North-East region to carry out surveys and travel expenses will be paid.
