We are looking for a **Waiter**.

This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Supervisor.

**Working pattern**: Shifts will vary between early/late shifts, and weekends are frequently included in the work pattern.

**We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.**

As a Waiter you will be responsible for:

- creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
- being familiar with all menus and all products available
- making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- assisting with taking restaurant telephone calls and tak reservations and messages to the company standards

**100 Princes Street will be our first hotel in Scotland.**

The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh’s most famous street. With uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle, 100 Princes Street will replicate the boutique atmosphere of its sister property, Hotel 41, the most-loved hotel in London and TripAdvisor’s number one hotel in the English capital for over 10 years.

- The hotel’s two signature suites - The Archibald and The Isobel - boast direct views of Edinburgh castle.
- The interiors of 100 Princes Street are inspired by Scottish explorers and their travels.
- Scottish artisan weaver, Araminta Campbell, was commissioned to create five bespoke tartans for the hotel, that adorn the walls of every bedroom and suite.
- A number of bedrooms enjoy stunning views across Princes Street Gardens towards Edinburgh Castle.
- All guest rooms are equipped with every mod-con, including charging points for a variety of devices.
- The Wallace is our all-day lounge, dining room, well-stocked bar, library and tasting room, guests can dine on delicious hearty fare, made using the freshest local produce while sipping on a single malt or artisan gin, or relax and enjoy traditional afternoon tea while gazing at Edinburgh Castle.
- We electronically scan and store a copy of your passport/visa and/or ID card to gain a clear indication of the authenticity of the document and establish the ‘Right to Work’ in the UK._
