We are on the hunt for an amazing head waiter to join our brand new fine dining restaurant ASKR. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Leith, our newly launched "Fine Dining" Restaurant promises an exquisite culinary experience centered around seasonal ingredients. Our focus lies solely on offering a meticulously crafted tasting menu, expertly paired with an exceptional selection of wines sourced from across the globe. Step into our inviting space and be welcomed by a chef's counter, where your gastronomic journey will unfold. With seating for 26 guests, our restaurant will be open five days a week, serving both lunch and dinner.

As a member of the floor team, your roles will include:

- Providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, serving customers, liaising with kitchen staff, and cleaning down after service.
- Working closely with the front of house and kitchen team to deliver the best experience day in day out
- training new starts
- key holder for the business
- Promoting sales and adhering to licensing legislation.
- Serving high end: cocktails, gins, whisky’s, champagne, wine, and coffee

**Experience**:

- Experience in a similar position within a restaurant

We offer minimum wage with an equal share of service charge which is set at 12.5%.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
