**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Our sales team is in need of a knowledgeable Telesales Manager. You will be in charge of selecting, educating, and monitoring Telesales Reps' performance. Also, you ought to be able to support the creation and use of successful sales tactics.
- You should be able to respond to any customer inquiries and concerns in your capacity as a telesales manager. Also, you are in charge of establishing annual and monthly sales targets. You should be able to develop long-lasting relationships with customers and possess strong communication abilities.
- You must have good networking and bargaining abilities to be successful in this position. Also, you should be an effective leader and decision-maker. Your capacity to function under pressure and handle tense circumstances.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in the sales department as a telesales manager, telesales representative, telemarketing executive, or in a position comparable to these.
- knowledge of the most recent market trends and developments
- Outstanding presenting, communication, and negotiating abilities
- excellent time-management and planning abilities

**Salary**: £2,000.00-£35,000.00 per month
