**Purpose of the role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide a quality credit control and relationship management service to our GGBUK Business in relation to Supplemental income, whilst adhering to Company Procedures. This role supports both Gallagher Finance and Carrier Management debt settlement process to ensure company funds are received promptly.

To function as an ISA Relationship Officer in the best interests of the Company.

**Duties**:

- Invoice and chase supplemental income from Insurers as per Company Procedure.
- Produce and review Insurer ISA receivable reconciliations to help ensure timely settlement of debtor.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Insurers to assist with debt recovery of ISA and build sound relationships with Carrier Management.
- Produce and issue regular Statement of Accounts for Insurers and Carrier Management.
- Produce and maintain MI to provide feedback on debt settlement progress to Senior Management highlighting any potential bad debt risk/issues.
- Assist with any queries in the collection process, offering support where required.
- Work with the offshore team with regards to the ISA reconciliation process.
- Responsibility for the Sundry Debtors tracker and equivalent Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Assist Cash Postings with the resolution of unallocated cash, providing constructive feedback on issues which have resulted in mis-postings.
- Escalate any issues to your manager within reasonable timescales.
- Hold regular forums with Carrier Management to promptly raise and resolve any issues as they arise.
- Facilitate training and support for less experienced members of the team.
- Comply with AJG Professional Standards Manual in accordance with statutory requirements for role with specific attention, but not limited to Whistle Blowing, Treating Customers Fairly.
- Perform duties following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance, and Gallagher's shared values putting clients at the heart of our business.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Knowledge of insurance products advantageous but not essential.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Customer/client experience is essential.
- Previous experience working in Global Financial Services management, insurance preferable.
- Strong Business to Business Credit Control experience.
- Ability to deal with large volumes of data and complete large, complex reconciliations on Insurer accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service focus and empathetic awareness.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Experience in conflict management.
- Analytical problem-solving approach.
