Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, food preparation, restaurant, catering, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
