- A global Commodities Trading firm is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to support in developing and enhancing their Compliance Programme.

**Role Responsibilities;**
- Identify regulatory compliance risks and implement systems and processes to deliver effective compliance procedures
- Run compliance investigations and provide advice and expertise where required
- Advise the business on regulatory developments on rules and requirements across EMIR, MiFID, Sanctions, MAR and REMIT rules.
- Support the Compliance Manager in a deputy capacity and provide a breadth of oversight where required
- Develop improvements of processes and communication around trade monitoring covering market abuse, AML and regulatory requirements
- Run Compliance projects where necessary

**Role Requirements;**
- An experienced Compliance professional, ideally in a Commodities Trading or Oil and Gas firm
- Strong knowledge of physical or exchange trading from a Compliance perspective
- Experience in Compliance monitoring, assessment of compliance risk and developing and enhancing monitoring processes
- Strong regulatory understanding across EMIR, MiFID, Sanctions, MAR and REMIT
- High attention to detail in regulatory reporting
