**Salary**: £24,000 pro rata - Part Time 0.8FTE (4 days a week)

**Job description**:
This is an exciting year to be involved with the Trust, as we hit our 15th year Anniversary.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play an integral role assisting with our exciting plans to diversify and increase the income into the Trust through varied projects as well as supporting the management of corporate accounts.

This role is a brilliant opportunity for an individual to develop in this sector, working across several different income streams. The Trust, through utilising the skills of World Class Athletes both in our programmes for young people and for our corporate partners, are always involved in exciting partnerships and progressive conversations with partners across the UK. We are a truly unique and authentic organisation.

You will be responsible for supporting the account management of our existing and new corporate partners; arranging/supporting the volunteering and fundraising opportunities and organising the serviceable elements of their contracts. As part of the income generation team, you will also be integral in the development and organisation of our 15th year Anniversary fundraising events.

The role requires someone with demonstrable experience in income generation or fundraising. You will come with fresh insight to help us grow our supporter base and increase our income so we can support more young people facing challenges in their everyday lives.

As a key member of the Trust’s Income Generation team and you will also need to work closely with our

Programmes & Impact team, our Comms and Marketing team, and will have the opportunity to work alongside our World Class Athlete Mentors as well as the CEO.

- Account management support of existing and new corporate partners; organise and administrate all fundraising, volunteering and serviceable elements within their contracts.
- Support and develop relationships to increase participation in our various fundraising challenges and events across both corporate and community audiences.
- Support, update and maintain an efficient and data driven CRM.
- Maintain Fundraising Assets ensuring they have maximum impact.
- Operate within the legal and moral standards of fundraising.
