The charity is looking for a Senior Fundraising Manager, an experienced fundraiser and expert team leader who can bring their expertise across a wide range of fundraising activity to help shape new strategies for growth.

Location : Bath, with plenty of flexibility for hybrid working
As the charity moves into its next stage of growth, with an ambition to reach 10,000 vulnerable and at-risk people by 2026, they want to shift gear on fundraising to drive exponential growth.
This is a brand-new role, reporting to and working closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Director to deliver an ambitious strategy for growth, optimising a broad existing supporter base, and recruit new supporters across the South West.
a wide-ranging fundraising portfolio, working with the team to maintain an existing supporter base and recruit new supporters for Julian House from across the South West.
with the Fundraising and Marketing Director to develop new strategies for growth from regular givers, major donors, legacies, and corporate partnerships.
a calendar of fundraising events and community engagement in our Bath heartlands.
knowledge and experience of a wide range of fundraising; with a demonstrable track record of growing income in at least two of our fundraising growth areas: legacies, major donors, corporate partnerships or regular givers.
of leading and implementing strategies, including setting and overseeing strategic projects led by others.
of using CRM systems to their full potential, interpreting donor data, analysing findings and making decisions based on your analysis.
