Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. If you have experience within Estate Agency, ideally as a Lettings Negotiator then this could be the role for you. Our client would also consider someone without Estate Agency experience as long as you have worked in a sales environment of some kind.

**Duties**
- Liaise with tenants & landlords
- Attending viewings
- Booking Market Appraisal appointments for the valuers
- Negotiating to agree a deal
- Researching the market to increase market share
- Lead and business generation
- UNCAPPED Commision

**Required**
- Good work ethic
- Good communicator
- Ideally Lettings experience
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
