- **This is an Apprenticeship position so would ideally suit a school leaver.**:

- You will be the Apprentice Sales Negotiator supporting a team of Estate Agents of a highly successful property business working for an independent Estate Agents.
- This role is offering variety, responsibility and use of your brain **and as the business grows so will your salary so we are looking for someone with ambition.**:

- Under the Government backed Apprenticeship scheme you will spend at least 20% of your normal working hours completing off-the-job’ training which is delivered by a training provider. This can be flexible and doesn’t have to mean 1 day out of the workplaceevery week.
- For example, training could take place online, at your place of work or at a college or university or with a training provider or it could be a combination of these options. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in theapprenticeship standard so that you can achieve occupational competence. On-the-job training will be delivered by your employer.

The starting salary is £10,004.81 (£4.81 per hour) and you will work a 5 day week to include working every Saturday with a day off during the week. Unlike most Apprenticeships you will also be offered personal commission (if you drive and have your own car)with realistic on target earnings of £15,000 in year one and increasing with progression.**
