**What you'll be doing**

You’ll be an integral part of the Homeownership team working alongside three other Advisors, providing support to our customers and colleagues.

The role of Property Advisor is an extremely varied role where you will have the opportunity to get involved in lots of different administrative tasks and projects. Your day to day duties will include:

- Resolving general property related enquires
- Collecting service charges
- Building positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders whilst ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers, where you will be required to manage incoming enquiries, at the same time delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be able to work flexibly, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based on our customers’ needs. You’ll be based at our head office, The Maltings, Bath.

To be considered for the role of Property Advisor you will have background and skills in the following:

- You will have a background in an administration role.
- You will be a great team player who can easily adapt to the changing priorities and needs of the business. You’ll be committed to delivering excellent customer service and finding the right outcomes to resolve issues. You’ll love problems solving and finding the right resolutions for our customers.
- You will have a driving license and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of housing and property is a plus, however this can be learnt. Once we’ve given you the skills, you will be comfortable dealing with different circumstances and appreciate the need for accuracy when answering queries.
- You’ll have excellent IT, communication and negotiation skills, with a diplomatic approach and the ability to relate to a diverse range of people. You will be highly organised with a methodical approach allowing you to work accurately under pressure and have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines.
- At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same.
