We are looking for a versatile, flexible and enthusiastic person to provide professional and comprehensive support to the UK Chief Risk Office, National Grid Ventures Chief Risk Office (CRO) and their teams. This will involve ensuring the CRO’s time is used effectively through management of their diaries, requests for information and the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops and any associated travel arrangements/internal logistics. There will also be a requirement to provide general administrative support, including supporting the wider team with coordination of meetings/workshops, active diary conflict management and managing invoices and expenses.

**About you**:

- Previous Personal Assistant experience supporting colleagues at senior leadership level
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to develop and sustain working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Highly flexible - capable of managing conflicting priorities in keeping with the needs of the team and senior leaders
- Self-motivated to work with mínimal supervision, using own initiative and able to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with other team members.
- Can deliver results and achieve desired outcome despite setback and challenges.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
