**Your Role
Commercial Strategy sits right at the heart of our business and is critical to our success. This team leads our strategic agenda within the UK and has a high profile with significant exposure to our UK Leadership Team team.

This role assumes primary ownership for looking after NRM strategy on our Juice Nutrition Brands (Tropicana, Naked, Copella). As a key member of the Finance team, your role will be to work across a wide range of commercial levers. You will develop plansthat grow our business, whilst balancing profit & share performance by making appropriate recommendations and managing execution through our commercial teams.

Success will require working with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Shopper / Consumer Insights and Operations as well as with external research and consultancy partners.

You will report into the Commercial Strategy Lead but will also have regular interaction with the UK Head of Finance, the European CFO and the UK GM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing pack, pricing and promotional plans for the UK Juice business that leverage consumer insights to balance internal and retailer KPIs and account for competitor strategies. You will communicate and align these plans with senior stakeholders includingthe UK Juice Leadership Team and the UK GM.
- Prioritising our commercial spend to ensure that we invest to beat the competition in the highest potential retail growth spaces and within key shopper segments;
- Modelling volume and financial implications of different strategic options in the longer term (1-3 years out);
- Leading 3rd party research projects, working with insights & agencies to inform our commercial strategy.
- Executing the annual commercial plan -- co-ordinating strategy deployment across functional teams (e.g. sales, finance, marketing) and project managing decision making and execution.
