Software Engineer, Embedded Developer

We’re seeking an **experienced Software Engineer, Embedded Developer** to join our team based in **Cranfield.** Working as a Software Engineer, Embedded Developer, you’ll be expected to play a key role within the Development Team of my clients’ central product.

**What will I be doing?**

The Software Engineer, Embedded Developer will be expected to contribute to the on-going development of a state of the art product. The Software Engineer, Embedded Developer will work as part of an engineering team on IoT products including firmware, hardwareand connections to cloud servers and various apps and websites. The Software Engineer, Embedded Developer will take responsibility for the design as well as creation of the embedded firmware and software as well as control systems and communications. Thisis a critical role to our client and an excellent opportunity to get involved in an industry that’s rapidly evolving.

The idealSoftware Engineer, Embedded Developer will have:
Prior experience of Embedded Software Design

Exposure to a range of Development languages such as C, C++ and Embedded C.

Prior experience working as part of an agile team.

Any knowledge of Radio protocols and communication stacks would be advantageous.
