**Responsibilities**:
**A little bit about the role **

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our super talented, award-winning production team.

Reporting to our Executive Producer of Content, you’ll predominantly be working on post-production within our content team, across edit, after-effects, audio, Cinema 4D and design. You’ll also need to work closely with our Live Action production team on projects where we’re shooting and delivering the final work in the post team.

You’ll have an exceptional understanding of Production capabilities and the ability to plan effectively. Controlling and managing multiple projects and stakeholders and effectively leveraging the connections between suppliers and the other project contributors across a variety of campaigns. You will need to anticipate client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also be adept at nurturing talent, supporting and encouraging the growth of our junior and midweight producers.
- Working with our HoD’s to scope and manage briefs, budgets, and timelines. Ensuring exceptional creative output, client satisfaction, and internal commercial objectives
- Managing multiple stakeholders (internal & external), integrated team members and key resources through the end-to-end delivery of projects/campaigns.
- Regularly production progress reporting, reconciling projects and chasing PO’s.
- Championing the production team and wider agency and contributing to a culture of innovative creative excellence and delivery.
- Collaborating with our live action producers to ensure shoots capture the requirements for delivery.
- Developing strong relationships across the agency and wider network [adam&eve / DDB / Omnicom], to facilitate collaborative working and an entrepreneurial approach to bringing in new projects and work.
- Inspiring, nurturing and developing junior members of the production team.
- Organising briefings to kick-off projects, attending the daily resource meetings and working closely with our resource managers.
- Closely managing budgets and timings to ensure projects are delivered on time and profitably.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record at managing and delivering complex post-production
- Knowledge of production channels, delivery platforms, media plans and asset formats
- Strong understanding of APA rates and guidelines
- Financial acumen and good understanding of project profitability
- Experience working with measurement and reporting tools
- Highly organised, pro-active problem solver
- An entrepreneurial mindset & keen eye for detail
- Comfortable constructing a deliverables matrix
- Passionate about quality creative output
- Comfortable building collaborative relationships at all levels
