We are looking for a passionate and versatile Senior Producer to join our growing team in our London Bridge office. You will be working closely with our senior team to oversee the execution and delivery of exciting projects for a variety of clients - brands, broadcasters & influencers.

Whether it's live-action, motion graphics, animation, audio, or design, we have a talented in-house team, supported by freelance specialists, capable of bringing any project to life.


About you

  • A genuine interest in content in all its forms, particularly social media (paid and organic)
  • Highly organised and meticulous with excellent attention to detail
  • A creative flair with the ability to generate original ideas and find solutions to production challenges
  • Passionate and proud of your work, with a desire to create high-quality content
  • Friendly, collaborative, and a good team player
  • Enjoys face to face collaboration with their colleagues and is happy to be based in the office full-time.
  • Minimum 3 years producer experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace (or similar)
  • Confident overseeing post production, staying on top of delivery requirements


Roles & responsibilities

  • Producing projects and being the client’s primary point of contact
  • Working closely with our senior team to oversee the execution and delivery of projects
  • Liaising with clients about the day-to-day running of projects, keeping them informed with fast responses
  • Creating schedules and budgets for new projects
  • Organising and overseeing shoots
  • Overseeing and providing feedback on edit, motion graphic, and animation projects
  • Working with the internal team and freelancers to create standout content
  • Maintaining a high standard of creative excellence across all projects
  • Mentor and develop junior producers and members of the production team


This is a full-time, permanent office-based role at our offices in London Bridge / Southwark. 


Salary: approx £50k pa depending on experience
