As the Regional Mental Health Lead you will support the development of mental health services across these region at a strategic level. You will be required to travel to all sites within the South Central region to ensure clinical practices are in place and to support the mental health clinical leads to embed processes.

This is an exciting role which will enable you to lead and improve services to support and motivate individuals to take control of their lives and to make changes to improve or overcome mental health issues and move on to a life free from offending.

**What you'll be doing**:
This is a leadership role and with your team leaders, you will model a culture of compassion, courage, and competence. The role will include providing challenge, support, and mentorship at the point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff, and improving the quality of care for our services.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £55,000 per annum - depending on experience + £4,000 car allowance. **What we’ll look for in you**:
Practice Plus Group is a specialist provider of NHS services into prison healthcare across over 45 different prisons, young offenders and immigration removal centres. We believe in putting the patient first, regardless of the environment or their history. The prison population is one of the most vulnerable and challenged patient groups in society and the delivery of their health care is conducted within often difficult and demanding environments.

The prison sites within the South Central region includes, Gatwick IRC, HMP Lewes, HMP Ford, HMP Winchester and HMP Isle of Wight.
