As the National Mental Health Lead, you will support our Medical Director for Mental Health, Director of Nursing & Quality, and network of Regional Mental Health Leads in providing leadership across our multi-disciplinary prison based teams in order to consistently develop and maintain high quality, safe and cost effective mental health services to our patients.

**About You**:
We are looking for an innovative and experienced mental health practitioner with a specialist qualification relevant to our Health in Justice Services or equivalent experience. You must have experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £70,000 per annum - depending on experience.
