We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding Company based in Hastings. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a busy, fast-paced and successful recruitment agency.

**Main Duties**

**Duties include**:

- Arranging interviews
- Administration related to the vetting procedure.
- Dealing with any general queries

**Tasks Expected**:

- Formatting CV’s
- Creating bookings on the in-house recruitment software
- Supporting experienced consultants in filling bookings, as required
- Gaining references
- Gaining market knowledge
- Creating and managing Company social media

**You must be**:

- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to achieve targets and objectives set
- Able to show an understanding of urgency.
- Professional at all times.
- Social media advertising experience

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A-C Grade English and Math’s GCSE or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
- Able to learn; able to multi-task and prioritize; attention to detail
- Must have a professional manner; team player, resilient, calm under pressure, self-motivating; common sense; able to deal all communications
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and able to use website platforms

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
