Have you studied Business Admin and now looking to progress into HR? BBA have an exciting HR apprenticeship position available. You will provide business as usual as a HR Apprentice, providing support to the HR team across the full range of HR tasks. 18,000 - 20,000 per annum depending on experience & qualifications. The British Board of Agrément (BBA) enables innovation through providing services that drive quality, help clients create accountability, and mitigate risk. They have an exciting opportunity for a HR apprentice to work within their HR team.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities include**:
Employee Relations (ER) and Learning & Development (L&D)
Admin

Work with HR Administrator and Assistant HR Business Partner
relating to ER Admin.
Support HR Administrator with documentation relating to new
starters reference requests and probation review forms.
Support HR team with co-ordinating and organising staff training
sessions and workshops i.e., Line Manager Capability workshops.

HR Information System
(HRIS) / Platforms Admin and HR team Support

Maintain HR records for all staff and appropriate filing.
Maintain effective document filing and retrieval systems,
optimising electronic methods.
Support HR Administrator as and when required with preparation
for quarterly Induction days.
Work with the HR Administrator and HR Business Partner
Employee Relations (ER) and Learning & Development (L&D) Admin

Work with HR Administrator and Assistant HR Business Partner relating to ER Admin.
Support HR Administrator with documentation relating to new starters reference requests and probation review forms.
Support HR team with co-ordinating and organising staff training sessions and workshops i.e., Line Manager Capability workshops.

Recruitment Admin
Prepare and publish advertisements for vacant staff positions, for both internal and external communications.
Day to day contact with recruitment agencies for role replacement.
Support with filing and review process for job descriptions.
Responsible for all recruitment related filing, ensuring relevant documentation is stored and later disposed.

Training Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your
employer. The British Board of Agrément (BBA) will
provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your
role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your
working day.

You will be working towards the Level 3 HR apprenticeship

**standard, which includes**:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
HR Level 3
apprenticeship standard
Functional
skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered through The
British Board of Agrément (BBA)’s dedicated training provider, Realise.

Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an
exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late
2020.

Entry Requirements and Qualifications

A level and/or College qualification (Business Admin/Business
Studies)
Maths and English at a grade C/4

Croxley Park has free parking available. BBA is in Croxley Park business park, has on-site Café & Gym. £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience & qualifications
