Listers Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support our busy Administration department at our Seat Dealership in Coventry. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

We require a highly organised administrator to ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ordering vehicles to customer specification
- Prioritising work schedules
- Collating finance, order, tracking and commission paperwork.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Verifying vehicle invoicing, costing and resulting profit.
- Raising and following up queries with dealerships to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.
- Providing support to the Accountant.

In essence your duties will be interesting and varied, liaising between customers and our own in-house departments. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, have outstanding administrative skills with previous experience in a similar environment.
