Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers based on IBM’s Business Analytics technologies (Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, Content Hub)
- Maintaining and enhancing skills in IBM’s Business Analytics technologies
- Supporting others through mentoring, coaching, presentations, and other giveback opportunities
- Supporting client advocacy practices within Expert Labs (such as client success stories, references and NPS)
- Making all your customers successful whilst achieving key metrics for yourself and Expert Labs (e.g. utilisation)

Additionally, you’ll also be asked to:

- Identify new technology services and product sales opportunities for Data & AI Expert Labs.
- Develop standards and processes to ensure consistency and uniformity across the Expert Labs portfolio.
- Provide strategic advice on technology, feeding back into sales and product development.
- Identify and assist in the leveraging of new, potential areas of technology and/or industry which should be of interest to Data & AI which will generate revenue.
- Be aware and willing to coach both internal and external stakeholders around key developments in Cognos Analytics and Data & AI.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Extensive experience and expertise in the development of IBM Cognos Analytics solutions or other comparable technology
- Extensive professional services / consulting experience.
- Proven track record of implementing complex solutions to customers in data analytics/reporting technologies
- Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities or projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree desirable
- IBM Professional Certifications in Business Analytics technologies
- Experience and knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics and other IBM Data & AI technologies
- IBM Professional certification in IBM Data & AI technologies
