The apprentice will need to learn and understand all elements of the role during the apprenticeship and this will be supported by the appropriate college course. The Apprentice Production Administrator will be trained by the production administration team to perform key elements of the department’s support functions to Operations.

**Initial Principal duties include**:

- * Works order processing, serials
- Declaration of conformity supply
- Assisting with planning of production activities
- Liaising with all departments to support the operation processes
- Communicate any issues to the Production Administrator
- Embracing and contributing to the teamwork culture when required

**Future additional Principal duties include**:

- Processing sales orders
- Shipment quotation
- Booking of shipments
- International shipment tracking and measuring
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Able to communicate effectively with staff across the organisation
- Confident to work from home if required

**Qualifications required**:
5 GCSEs or equivalent grades 4 to 9 (A* to C) including Maths and English Language

37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch per day £262.50 per week

The Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Business Administration consists of:

- Foundation Apprenticeship Framework
- Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
- Essential Skills Qualifications
- Welsh Language Development

On completion you will achieve the following:

- Foundation Apprenticeship Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration Skills
- City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration Skills (QCF)
- Level 1 Essential Skills in Application of Number and Communication, Level 2 Essential Skill in Digital Literacy
- Prentis-iath Welsh Language Development
- Employees Rights and Responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
