**This is a paid internship role with location in Wroclaw, Oslo or Dundee.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process such as coordinating interviews and obtaining references.

**Job Requirements**:

- An education within Human Resources or equivalent field.
- Passion and strong interest in the recruitment and talent engagement.
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must.
- Flexibility and ability to work in changing environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a strong asset.
