- Contract Management: Assist in the management of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Procurement Support: Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Financial Administration: Assist with financial administration tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and budget tracking.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commercial documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry tasks and support the analysis of commercial data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to commercial activities.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the commercial team as required, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or telecommunications industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of commercial and contract management principles is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
