Orange Business is gearing for new business growth and to support this drive we are looking for talented and motivated Demand Generation Executives to join our highly skilled and supportive team.

This role is geared towards a Sales individual looking to move into technology Sales, or an individual with a technology background looking to move into Sales. It is a development role and if successful the intention would be for the individuals to move into direct Account Management, Business Development or Marketing within 24months. Orange offers a supportive and nurturing environment with a focus of development and learning. During the initial training period individuals will be expected to spend a period of time with our Demand Generation centre of excellence in Switzerland learning how to position our propositions and follow a proven structured approach for success.

Like any other Orange Business Senior Sales individual, you will be ultimately responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions and services that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Define and manage a structured process to Demand Generation in line with existing expertise and processes.
- Establish connections, enhance awareness and drive demand within a defined target market leveraging the significant sales and marketing resources at your disposal.
- Assist with defining new ways to engage, drive interest and participation of customers eg Social Media campaigns, Pod Casts, Lunch and Learns, Specialist events, Social engagment
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Orange Business products and services.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, product teams, solution architects, project managers, and service delivery teams to ensure Orange is successfully positioned within our target market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide exceptional customer experience to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales or technology related experience
- Ability to identify market opportunities and then influence internal stakeholders to effectively address that potential.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and services to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
