Finance Administrator

Adecco are excited to be recruiting for a
**Finance Administrator **for our industry leading client based in the Stoke on Trent area.

A fantastic position has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our progressive and friendly client in the Uttoxeter area. This role is a busy but vital position within the business. The role is supporting the finance manager and finance tea, to provide efficient financial and administrative support to the Finance Department

**Salary**:£23500 pro rota

**Working hours**:Permanent position, part time. Maximum 30 hours pw, (flexible working times).

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Process sales ledger entries
- Create and distribute customer statements
- Credit control
- Set up approved new customer accounts and complete customer account reviews
- Set up new suppliers, process supplier invoices in sage and reconcile supplier statements
- Create and distribute supplier remittance advices
- Daily cash flow
- Assist in weekly/ monthly payroll
- Assist in the preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments

**Key Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good ability to plan and manage own workload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- AAT or Part qualified
