**About Us**: Welcome to Dunston Hall Deli & Foodhall, a new and exciting venue near Chesterfield, dedicated to providing our community with delicious, high-quality, locally sourced products. We are committed to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Deli Team Members to join our team and help make our deli a local favourite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of deli products, including slicing meats, cheeses, and preparing sandwiches.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and monitor product freshness.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage transactions at the checkout.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth deli operations.
- Participate in promotional activities and special events to drive customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a deli or similar food service environment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (training provided if necessary).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
