We are looking for an **Executive Assistant** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising and supporting the daily business operations of the manager;
- Managing the daily schedule, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and business trips;
- Organising and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports;
- Assisting in the preparation and approval of documents, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports;
- Supporting the manager in executing various projects and tasks;
- Maintaining databases, contacts, and other organizational information;
- Undertaking other assignments as directed by the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar position or administrative field;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- High degree of professionalism and discipline;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with personnel from different teams;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment;
- Proficiency in English at level C1.
