ClassTutor is a new, fast-growing Edtech company offering online tuition to children from school year 3 to 13 in English, Maths and Science. We pride ourselves on offering premium group and 1:1 tuition at an affordable rate benefiting those most at need in society.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as a sales representative to help onboard new students.
**Responsibilities**:
- Call new leads on a dailybasis
- Set up trial lessons for prospective students
- Follow up with parents after trial lessons and complete the sale
- Respond to parent quires with regards to lessons/prices/contract etc
- Manage parent and student database
- Weekly data analysis to monitor quality of service, conversion and retention rates.
- Maintain a detailed overview of targets and ensuring they are met monthly.
- Work alongside the senior management team to ensure the organisations objectives are met.
- Partake in devising strategies to expand and improve our company offering.
**What we are looking for**:
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Detailed awerness of UK education system
- Have attention to detail, able to multi-task with strong time-management and independent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with using customer relationship management software as well as excel
- Understand the fluidity of working with a start up company and the agility that entails
- Team player qualities with the ability to take initiative and share ideas with the senior management team
- Able to work in the evenings and weekends
- Comitted and willing to grow with the company
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
