**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of college facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and clearing drains.
- Carry out minor electrical tasks, including changing light bulbs and sockets.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and students, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other members of the caretaking team to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the campus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
