Concept resourcing are pleased to be working with an innovative digital and cloud transformation consultancy, who are trusted by customers to deliver significant technology transformation programmes within the UK Government and Higher Education.

We are looking for a PMO Support to form part of their growing Project Delivery practice. We are looking for an ambitious and capable individual, with the ability to work with colleagues in Delivery to establish and run a Project Management Office capability that monitors and manages the delivery of client projects.

The PMO Support has a key responsibility for ensuring that project governance is defined and followed within all projects. You will work with the Project Managers and Delivery Director to provide support for planning and reporting activities.

The successful applicant will show an aptitude at working in agile environments, as well as working collaboratively across internal project teams to deliver key outcomes for customers.

As the PMO Support specialist, you will:

- Provide Project Governance, ensuring that;
- The projects are following the appropriate governance and ways of working
- The right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions
- The projects are staying within the planned time and budget
- Resources are utilised in the most efficient manner
- There are ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects
- Provide Management Reports, including;
- Overall progress and health of projects
- Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
- Financial information about the budget, forecast etc.
- Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
- Effective management and utilisation of resources
- Process improvements
- Working with the Delivery Director to ensure processes are documented
- Regular review of process efficiency and opportunities for improvements
- Ensuring that people are educated and trained in Delivery ways of working

**Requirements**:
You should have:

- Experience working within a PMO function
- Ability to establish and improve ways of working within a PMO function
- Tenacity for seeing tasks through to completion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate reporting abilities

**Ideal experience**:

- Working within a technology Consultancy
- Using productivity tools such as; Jira, Teams Planner or something similar
