We are excited to announce our partnership with a cutting-edge digital and cloud transformation consultancy. This consultancy is renowned for their ability to successfully execute technology transformation projects for the UK Government and Higher Education sector.

We are currently seeking a PMO Support professional to join their growing Project Delivery team. We are looking for an ambitious and capable individual who can collaborate with colleagues in Delivery to establish and manage a Project Management Office that oversees the delivery of client projects.

As the PMO Support specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project governance is well-defined and adhered to across all projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Delivery Director to provide support for planning and reporting activities.

As the PMO Support specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing project governance to ensure projects follow the appropriate governance and working methods.
- Ensuring the right people have access to the necessary information for informed decision-making.
- Monitoring projects to stay within the planned timeframe and budget.
- Efficiently utilising resources.
- Conducting ongoing risk assessments and mitigation for all projects.
- Generating comprehensive management reports, including progress updates, milestone status, financial information, project risks, resource management, and process improvements.
