**_Position Overview_**

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Mail Room Administrator, responsible for the day-to-day administration services for our client based in, Canary Wharf. This position calls for an organised team player, committed to achieving the highest standard of work within a busy corporate environment.

**_Main Duties_**
- Meet and greet building users and Mitie employees coming to the mail room in a friendly professional manner
- Planning and co-ordination of work/services with the logistics team.
- Responsible for ensuring all tasks are carry out works safely, efficiently, compliant and to the required standard
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment
- To comply with the Company's policies and procedures
- To maintain confidentiality at all times
- The ability to manage fluctuating work demands
- Development of positive working relationships between the logistics team and other service lines
- To undertake administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing and records maintenance
- To prepare and submit monthly post and courier costs report to 10SC Commercial team
- Use materials and resources effectively and efficiently to minimise waste
- To accurately use the franking machine, Omnipost system, courier booking platform and franking machine online system
- To arrange courier bookings for clients and deal with courier related issues in a professional and timely manner
- To log issues with the respective supplier helpdesk, notify Logistics Supervisor/s and follow up until resolved
- Undertake and complete all relevant trainings
- To assist Logistic Operatives as and when required
- Any other administration ad hoc duties

- Previous Experience in facilities maintenance
- Manual handling experience
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- The ability to remain calm in a changeable environment
- Good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Package
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Continuously pursue high standards and learn from experience
- Maintain high level of accuracy
