**Lead Game Analyst | 60,000 - £70,000 | Leading Games Studio | Remote**Our client, a leading game development studio, is seeking a Lead Game Analyst to join their Data and Analytics Team. The team is responsible for providing player, product, and business insights on their games, making this role one of the most critical withinthe studio. As a Lead Game Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a small team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that guide decisions on product and feature roadmaps.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage / Lead a team of analysts to deliver insights that drive product and feature roadmap decisions
- Use a combination of data, game design, and research to derive meaningful and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain telemetry events to support current and future content updates
- Produce automated reports and dashboards to share insights across the studio
- Foster relationships with other departments to encourage a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Clearly present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Work closely with data engineering to define data requirements and ensure high-quality outputs
- Conduct analysis with a strong focus on version control, documentation, and reproducibility
- Develop a deep understanding of the games to produce insightful analysis that has a real impact
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience
- Advanced skills in SQL and a statistical language (e.g. Python or R)
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dundas
- Knowledge of modern data architectures such as AWS, Snowflake, or OLAP
- Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the games industry
