Job Description for Service Co-Ordinator:
We have the excellent opportunity to join a well-established food services company based in Bromsgrove. If you have a strong customer service background which required scheduling or you are currently in a co-ordinator role looking for a new role this couldbe the ideal next role for you to join a great team. You would be dealing with the service-based activity within the company, this would involve scheduling engineers for repairs and installations as well as communicating with suppliers and clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities for Service Co-Ordinator:

- Log service calls accurately in CRM system
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed times
- Make daily outbound calls to ensure co-ordination with customers and engineers during installations and day to day activities
- Monitor and track status of all installations and day to day service-related activities
- Execute all elements of the installation and service process to provide extraordinary customer experience
- Effective utilisation, efficiency, and productivity of the field engineers
- Maintain regular communications/updates with the customers
- Maintain accurate and concise records of all repairs, solutions and notes/comments
- Forward plan daily, weekly and monthly engineering activity to include new site installations
- Summarise service and customer service activity on a daily / weekly basis

Skills and Attributes for Service Co-Ordinator:

- Good IT literacy and ability to use most standard Microsoft packages
- Well organised with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong record keeping and analytic skills
- Able to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work to deadlines
- Able to forward plan and execute
- Good time management
- Excellent communication engagement skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with a caring & empathetic approach
- Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
