We are recruiting for 2 Payroll Officers for a company based in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent role paying up to £25k.
We are recruiting for a Payroll Officer for a company based in Northamptonshire.
The responsibilities of this role are, but are not limited to;
- Assist the payroll team in dealing with general payroll queries
- Review the Control documents and reconciliations to aid the delivery of accurate and timely pay runs
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports
- Maintain timely communications with the payroll team to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the monthly payroll output, including BACS payments
- Review and update the company’s payroll policy
- Support the Senior Payroll Officer with any ad hoc duties when required
The skills and qualifications required for the role are the following;
- Qualified to level 3 Payroll Technician or have relevant payroll experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience of running and administering a monthly payroll, including month end procedures
- High developed numeracy skills
- Experience of developing excellent customer relationships
- Knowledge of computerised payroll system, including report writing
This role is paying up to £25k, depending on experience.
The role also offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office which is based in Northamptonshire.
