**the role.**

The Admin Supervisor will ensure staff are allocated to the most appropriate areas of the operation depending on season and volume. Make sure all pay requests are processed within a timely manner. All inbound calls are answered within agreed service levelagreements. Planning and distribution of day to day works, liaising closely with all employees whilst ensuring that all works are allocated in a timely manner, meeting and surpassing the Clients requirements. Answer enquiries and questions, handle complaints,troubleshoot problems and provide information.
