**Our client is a leading brand communications and digital agency based in London. They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join their expanding client/creative services team.**

**THE ROLE**
The role of the Senior Account Executive is defined by these main factors below all of which constitute and work together to form the basis of this role.
- Account / Client Responsibilities_
- Lead and be the key contact for their clients
- Oversee the timings for all deliveries and client admin
- Manage projects as required
- Ensure the job process is adhered to for all projects and all admin is created and updated i.e. Status Reports, Meetings, Contact Reports, Timing Plans, Budgets
- Ensure all documentation is organised in advance including agendas and notes
- Ensure client's expectations are always managed effectively
- Ensure the agency delivers on time and on budget with a real 'can do' mentality
- Build a strong rapport with your designated client contacts, understanding their business and their objectives
- Write any adhoc briefs for other brands as requested by the AD and SAM
- Ensure ATD is at the forefront of delivery in all communications, presentations and delivery of work to the clients
- Liaise with all 3rd party organisations instrumental in the delivery of all initiatives
- Produce competitor reviews and research as required
- Assist with client meetings
- Creative / Project Management_
- Show understanding of creative process from receiving and digesting the client brief, asking questions when writing creative or design brief through to amends brief
- Writing creative / design briefs as thorough as possible and understand all aspects which you are asking the designer/ copy writer/ motion designer
- Assist on presenting creative to clients
- Finance Responsibilities_
- Write accurate budgets for all projects as required, checking timings with studio and ensuring descriptions are adequately filled in.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive costs are achieved
- Enter all budgets into the finance sheet
- Ensure finance sheet is updated and checked regularly with regards to projects
- Be aware of status of POs and chase any that are outstanding
- Be aware of the overall monthly target as well as your client's individual targets and look for ways to meet the forecast e.g. following up on potential projects
