Serve Talent have partnered with a successful Engineering business to recruit an Electrical Panel Builder for their manufacturing facility based in Mildenhall, Suffolk.

**The company**

The company themselves are very well established and specialise in the manufacture of low voltage distribution boards/switchboards, enclosed starters, control panels, motor control centres and purpose-built bespoke panels.

**What you'll be doing**

You will be responsible for the assembly from component level to final assembly of quality specialist Low Voltage Switchgear, Distribution Boards and Control Panels to customer requirements and deadlines. Interpreting, working from and marking up schematicdrawings during assembly, installing copper busbars, completing panel layouts as well as assembly and wiring.

**Your skills/experience**:
A minimum of a Level 3 Apprenticeship in electrical design Engineering or Engineering Technician, or an equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.

You'll also have an analytical and logical mind to help with solving problems, good communication skills for liaising with other staff and, on occasion, customers. Good practical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, organisational skillsto enable you to plan and coordinate resources and to remain calm under pressure, as you will be required to work to deadlines.
