Robert Half are currently recruiting for a growing MSP based in Bristol to recruit an ambitious 1st Line Support Engineer looking to develop their career.
**The role**:
As an Support Engineer you will display excellent customer facing skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms. You will be responsible for completing tasks allocated to you through the Helpdeskand managing your own pro-active tasks.

**Job Requirements**

Requirements include:

- Triage and resolution of tickets coming into the desk as the first point of contact for client support
- Management and support of client's office 365 and Azure infrastructures
- Visiting customer sites to troubleshoot problems that can't be fixed remotely
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues
- Excellent communication skills (telephone and face to face).
- A self-starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team

**Technical Requirements**

Skill Requirements
- Basic knowledge and experience in IT Service provision
- MS Windows Server management and support
- Exchange Server management and support
- Office 365 & Azure support and management
- Network and firewall infrastructure management and support
- Active Directory and group policy management
- Monitoring customer servers and performing preventative maintenance

**Package**:

- £27,000-£29,000 + remote working as standard + additional benefits
