**Arts Administration Apprentice**

**Fixed Term Contract for 18 months**

**37 hours per week**

**Point 1 - £10,408 a year - initial salary for all new starters for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship.**

**Progression of pay after 12 months are complete as follows**:
**Point 2 - £14,764 a year - completed 12 months and aged 18 - 19**

**Point **3 - £20,066 a year - completed 12 months and aged 21 - 22**

**Point 4 - £20,539 a year - completed 12 months and aged 23+**

The Arts Section is a department within Warwick District Council that manages the Royal Spa Centre (theatre and cinema), Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum, the Town Hall and the Visitor Information Centre (located in the Royal Pump rooms). Staff working for the Arts Section are based across these sites. Work is varied and often is not office based but instead is about meeting people, collaborating with them, and working out how we can best support each other in our mission to provide ‘inspiration and opportunity for all’ through the events and initiatives we organise and deliver.

Desired qualifications
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C and above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications or experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.

Laura works Monday to Thursday.
