**About the Role**:
We have a great opportunity for a passionate HR Advisor/Administrator to join our dynamic team in the heart of a rapidly growing and successful Gaming business in Leamington Spa. This new role delivering administrative and advisory HR services to the business offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our team, enhancing and developing your HR career while shaping the future of our core People processes.
- This is a permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa, with a hybrid work model in place. Relocation assistance is available if required.**What **you’ll** bring**:

- Some prior experience of working within an HR/ People Operations role, ideally within a growing, creative or tech business but other industries would be considered.
- An understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on proactively solving employee HR issues and dealing with HR administration and compliance.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of working with HR software and systems (ideally HiBob but other HRIS tools will be welcome) to generate reports and gather business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work though processes and draft documents accurately.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with everyone. A friendly and collaborative approach, someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle first-line HR queries, and responding to issues in our HR inbox, supply prompt and accurate support to employees or escalate to others on the team as needed.
- Undertake high levels of general HR administration relating to all parts of the employee lifecycle
- Own our offer, onboarding, and offboarding/exit interview processes for new and departing employees, ensuring compliance with visa and relocation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring the integrity of employee data.
- Partnering with our internal finance and external benefits teams, help to process monthly payroll & benefits changes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Track headcount changes, including leavers, joiners, and headcount plans.
- Oversee compliance trainings and performance review completion stats, ensuring completion and meeting company goals.
- Generate HR reports using our HRIS and other tools, giving insights into absence patterns and other key metrics.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and any administrative support for HR projects.
- Review and update of HR Confluence pages
- Support our HRBP’s with HR processes including absence management, performance management and training.
- Help our HRBP’s to train employees on self-service HR tools and provide ongoing support for their HR-related queries.
- Help us stay compliant with employment laws and regulations.
