Bar Supervisor

The Blue Bell is a newly relaunched gastro-pub near Doncaster. Opening 5 days per week only we are developing an emphasis on quality over quantity. We only serve limited numbers to ensure this.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a small team striving towards excellence in the Doncaster area. As part of the team you will have a real impact on the direction and development of the business.

Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Cash up and close downs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a quality led environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and standards of personal presentation
- Excellent working knowledge of all areas of the drinks trade is essential including a strong background in fresh cocktail preparation
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

- Every weekend

**Experience**:

- Cocktail preparation: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
