We are opening our books and looking for enthusiastic Fragrance Specialists to join our amazing team in Heathrow Airport This role is self-employed which allows our staff to choose their own shift patterns however you must be flexible to work some weekends We operate our business 365 days per year and have ongoing work all year round Due to these positions being in an airport there are a variety of shift patterns that run from 4 or 5am to 7/8pm in the evening. Preference for staff who are flexible and can get to the airport for the 4/5am shifts.

**Main duties of this role will include**:
Work with prestigious luxury perfume brands in the travel retail space - you must be confident, outgoing and passionate about fragrances with the ability to tell the story behind the fragrance you are promoting.

Main Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
- Deliver excellent retail experience
- Ability to create lasting impressions on our customers and establish a loyal following
- Demonstrate upselling techniques to increase sales
- Drive personal sales and overall performanc

The Person:

- Passion for fragrances and storytelling
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Arabic/Mandarin is a bonus
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: £12.25 per hour
