**Contract**: 12 month FTC

**Location**: Camberley

**Hybrid working**: Yes, hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 from home

We are looking for analytical minded, calm, and professional individuals to provide excellent customer care alongside completing a high standard of administration. This positionwill suit someone who has previous systems experience and who enjoys a heavy workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Completing all administration tasks and reports for your assigned territory
- Managing billing information to ensure accounts are invoiced correctly and efficiently
- Communicating with new and existing clients to provide excellent, ongoing customer care
- Setting-up and processing orders
- Creating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and the customer journey

**Skills and Experience**:

- High level of accuracy for entering data
- Knowledge of working with CRM platforms
- Experience of working in account administration and managing relationships
- A true passion for providing fantastic customer service
- Great written and verbal communication skills
