- proven ability to plan and organise workloads effectively so that customers receive the services they expect.
- Providing general administrative support to staff members

The Admin Assistant role will embrace all aspects of administrative support including: compliance, facilities coordination, assisting with contracts and ad hoc projects.

**Key responsibilities**:
Admin Support

Data entry & updating databases.

Liaise with contractors, managing staff, Manage staff training.

Respond to queries & requests.

Ability to think clearly when under pressure.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Good IT/Microsoft Office skills

Good organisational skills

Proactive approach to taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks, workload and priorities.

Ability to work as a team player

**This is a self-employed role.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 12 per week
